Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SelfAI – AI Photo Studio, operated by Rocket Digital Limited (“SelfAI”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the SelfAI mobile app, web app or website (https://www.selfaiphoto.app), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SelfAI provides an AI Photo Studio and AI Headshot Generator. You upload a selfie, choose a style, and SelfAI generates professional headshots, portraits, profile pictures and branded photo content. The service is available on iOS, Android and the web.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction — to use SelfAI.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You must not share your account or use another person’s identity.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant SelfAI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your photos solely to provide the AI Photo Studio service to you — including routing images to our sub-processors (Replicate, Fal.ai, Microsoft Azure, Firebase and OpenAI) for the time required to generate your portraits.
Acceptable Use
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
- Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Do not use SelfAI to create misleading, defamatory or impersonating content.
- Do not use SelfAI to generate sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults.
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
Paid plans are managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play and RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the originating platform according to its policy.
6. Intellectual Property
SelfAI, its logos, UI and brand elements are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. You receive a license to use AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the Acceptable Use restrictions above.
7. AI Limitations
AI outputs are probabilistic. Results may occasionally include inaccuracies in hair, hands, wardrobe or background. SelfAI is a creative tool and should not be used for legally binding identification unless explicitly permitted by the receiving authority.
8. Third-Party Services
Our app integrates with RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics. Their terms apply to the features they power.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.
10. Disclaimers
SelfAI is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
